Who we are
QuadScale provides an AI receptionist, the Social Suite for businesses with one or more branches, and event registration with QR check-in. We are based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
These terms cover this website, the demo you book through it, and the sample Social Suite and sample event it links to. By using them you agree to these terms.
Using this website
You may browse the website, book a demo and try the samples for your own business purposes.
Please do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the website, copy it in bulk by automated means, or use it to send anything unlawful or misleading.
Demos and samples
A demo is a free, thirty-minute online meeting. Booking one does not commit you to buy anything, and you can change or cancel it from the link in your confirmation email.
The sample Social Suite and the sample event use made-up businesses, customers and attendees. They are there to show how the product works and are not real records.
Becoming a client
What we set up for your business, what it costs and how long it runs are agreed with you in writing before any work starts. That written agreement, not this page, governs the service you receive.
The website describes what the product does today. Features can change as we improve it.
Our content and name
The QuadScale name, logo, wording, designs and screens on this website belong to QuadScale. You may share links to our pages; please ask before reusing anything else.
Other websites
Booking is handled by a calendar service shown inside our booking page, and some links lead to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for what those websites contain or do.
What we cannot promise
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be online or free of mistakes.
As far as the law allows, QuadScale is not liable for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, this website or the samples. Nothing here removes rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be waived.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
