What this website collects

When you book a demo: the details you type into the booking form, such as your name, email address and the name of your business, and the time you chose.

When you browse: Google Analytics records which pages are opened, roughly where visitors are (city or country), the kind of device, and how they arrived. It uses cookies to tell one visit from another. It does not tell us who you are.

When you email us: your message and your email address.

What it is used for

To hold your demo, send you the confirmation and the reminder, and reply to you.

To see which pages are useful and improve the website.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for anyone else’s advertising.

Who else handles it

Only the services we need to run this: the booking and customer-records system that holds demo bookings, our email provider, and Google Analytics for visit statistics. Each handles the details for us and under its own privacy terms.

How long it is kept

Booking details are kept while we are in touch about QuadScale, and removed when you ask. Visit statistics are kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.

Your choices

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also block cookies in your browser; the website still works.
